Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the following precautions to protect our patients and staff.
Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, CPC will begin making the following operational changes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hours and Appointments
We will continue regular hours and clinic operations at all four (4) clinic locations.
If you or anyone in your home is experiencing signs or symptoms of a respiratory illness; cough; traveled outside the continental United States, on any airplane or cruise ship within the last fourteen (14) days or is running a fever of >100.4, we ask that you call our office about the status of your appointment.
We are requesting patients to attend appointments alone if possible. We will limit each patient to one visitor only at his/her appointment. All visitors will also be required to complete a screening questionnaire upon entering the facility.
If you would like to reschedule your elective/non-emergent appointment (i.e. six-month/1- year checkups, erectile dysfunction, prescription refills, overactive bladder, incontinence and urinary frequency), please contact our office. We may also offer you the option to complete your visit via a Telehealth visit if appropriate for your specific condition.
How to Contact Us
优乐老虎机官方Please use the following two (2) options to contact us:
You may access your Patient Portal and send an appointment request. The web address is: http://intimeus.com and click on the Request Appointment button at the top right of the page. You will log in as the patient in order to send the message. We will respond via the Patient Portal.
You may also call our office at (901) 252-3400, Option 2.
We expect to have extremely high call volumes in the coming days. Please attempt to use the other forms of communication with us if possible. When calling, you will also have an option to leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Wolf River Surgery Center, our Ambulatory Surgery Center, is fully operational. If you have a scheduled procedure/surgery there, plan to arrive at your scheduled date and time. You will be contacted by your physician if your procedure/surgery needs to change for any reason. We are expecting area hospitals to begin limiting elective surgeries this week. If you have a procedure/surgery scheduled at an area hospital, your physician will contact you if your surgery is cancelled.
优乐老虎机官方In order to assist our community with the burden to all healthcare facilities during this time, we ask that you contact our office first for any urgent urologic conditions prior to going to an emergency room or urgent care office. Those facilities will be overloaded and we all need to try not to burden the system. We will do our best to treat your urgent need and only direct you to those locations if necessary.
Thank You For Your Patience
Our team at the Conrad|Pearson Clinic appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your urologic needs. During this unprecedented time, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through the coming weeks. We can assure you we will do our best to continue to deliver the best care possible for all of our patients. We encourage you to stay informed, practice social distancing and assist our communities in getting through this time as safely as possible.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
优乐老虎机官方As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to dominate headlines, the Conrad|Pearson Clinic has made monitoring and responding to this situation as a top priority for the health and safety of our patients and employees. At this time, the immediate health risk to the general American public is still considered low by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Conrad|Pearson Clinic is following the CDC’s recommendations to help prevent exposure and spread of the virus. Among other normal precautions, we are screening all patients and visitors for respiratory symptoms and encouraging sick employees and patients to stay home.
优乐老虎机官方If you have recently traveled to, or been in close contact with someone who has traveled outside the continental United States and have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath — please call us about your upcoming appointment or surgery.
If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, the CDC recommends you call your primary health care provider.
优乐老虎机官方Most importantly, please protect yourself by washing your hands frequently with soap and water, covering your mouth when coughing or sneezing, and avoiding close contact with anyone who has a fever or cough.
